Played on premier all-turf fields, the Dirt & Diamonds Showcase minimizes weather concerns and provides a first-class playing experience regardless of early spring conditions. Every game features two certified USSSA umpires, ensuring a professional and competitive environment throughout the weekend. Weather & Refund PolicyAt Impact Gold, we understand the commitment teams make when traveling to tournaments. We also believe in being transparent and fair.
Every effort will be made to complete the tournament as scheduled. If weather or other circumstances beyond the Tournament Director's control prevent the completion of scheduled games, refunds will be issued as follows:
Tournament entry fees are used to cover significant expenses incurred before the first pitch, including field rentals, field preparation and maintenance, two certified USSSA umpires assigned to every game, USSSA sanctioning and insurance, game balls, awards, and tournament operations. As a result, refunds become limited once games have begun.
Refunds apply to the tournament entry fee only. USSSA registration fees and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable.
If weather or registration numbers require adjustments, the Tournament Director reserves the right to modify game times, game lengths, pools, or tournament format in order to maximize the number of games played and provide the best possible experience for all participating teams.

- 1 game played: 50% refund of the tournament entry fee ($425)
- 2 games played: 25% refund of the tournament entry fee ($212.50)
- 3 or more games played: No refund

Rules
The Dirt & Diamonds Showcase will follow current USSSA Fastpitch Rules unless otherwise noted below. The Tournament Director reserves the right to interpret and enforce all tournament rules and make decisions in the best interest of the event.
Good sportsmanship, respect for opponents, umpires, tournament staff, and spectators is expected at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct by players, coaches, or spectators may result in warnings, ejections, or removal from the tournament.
Batting & Defensive Lineups
Extra InningsInternational Tie-Breaker will be used immediately. The player scheduled to bat last in the previous inning will be placed on second base to begin each extra inning.
ProtestsJudgment calls are not subject to protest. Rule interpretations must be brought to the attention of the Tournament Director before the next pitch or play. The Tournament Director's decision is final.

- Teams may bat their entire roster or use a traditional batting order in accordance with USSSA rules.
- Free defensive substitutions are permitted throughout the tournament.
- 6 Game Guarantee
- 75-minute games, finish the inning. No new inning will begin after the 75-minute time limit has expired.
- Pool play and bracket play formats may be adjusted based on registration numbers.
- 12 runs after 3 innings
- 10 runs after 4 innings
- 8 runs after 5 innings
